The Partner may resell our services, setting their own pricing while utilizing Blue Avispa as the service provider.

• Independent Contractor Relationship: Blue Avispa is engaged as a contracted entity, meaning we operate independently and are not under direct employment by the Partner.
• Reseller Pricing Model: The Partner can mark up prices for clients, allowing for flexibility in service resale. You give us the project, we quote and you can re-quote based on your needs.
• No Shared Liability: As an independent service provider, Blue Avispa is not responsible for any financial, operational, or legal liabilities incurred by the Partner in their business dealings.
• Service Fulfillment Only: Blue Avispa focuses on delivering contracted web services, while the Partner manages client relationships, billing, and pricing structures.
• No Revenue Sharing: The Partner’s profits come from their pricing strategy, not a shared revenue model. Blue Avispa is compensated strictly for completed services based on agreed-upon fees. the partner can also take advantage of our payment plans allowing their clients to pay in parts as well.
